Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons (or more) Parsley, diced fine
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Large Cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
Instructions
1. Peel and slice cucumbers. Mix all ingredients together and serve.
